Booking system:
Traveler is required to enter their name, email, country, and a number of people in the form given at the bottom of every tour program. The data is sent by email to us via an encrypted connection
Payments:
You are asked to pay cash for the tour fee to your guide at the end of the tour. In case you book a couple of tours or more with private car inclusive, no matter the tours published on the website or from the tailor-made. By then the 10% deposit is needed to secure your reservation, especially for private transport. We use PayPal as a secure payment provider, we do not collect credit card information on our website or email. When processing payments via our site, some of your data will be passed via a secure connection to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment.
Cancellation :
There will be no cancellation charge if you cancel 7 days before the tour date. None-refundable of the deposit if you cancel your tours 6-1 day prior to tour dates. Our team is reserved for you as the tours are guaranteed to delivery, a deposit can be used to compensate our team for the loss of income in case of cancellations at short notice.
